for the most part I like USAA (aside from the corny commercials) - their credit card rates are competitive, claims through insurance are very easy, and banking is, well, banking with some added perks like reimbursement for ATM fees. Oh -and they have a good point program for the credit card. Cons are some products are not USAA but third party & it can be hard to discern which those are, and I'm not crazy about the app, but it's not bad. Overall things are good & I have no complaints.
