Great bank Great app.
I have had USAA for over 10yrs. I have never had a problem with their service. I like the fact that you can teach yourself on nearly all services. They have tutorials you can read and when you do need help, you can talk to a real individual. USAA has also steered me in the right direction when it comes to my insurance and other accounts. I really love USAA Banking because they never try to scam me out of my money like other Big Banking companies I have experienced with. USAA's app just makes things that much easier. Keep up the great work.
Flips through about three different pages on startup. Tried to deposit and it's hangs on "don't mess with phone" message. It got better lately, but now I camt get proof of insurance on my phone! UPDATE: Trying to delete vehicles from my policy, and vehicles I requested quotes for10 years ago are still showing up! It says it deleted the vehicle, but it still shows up and there's no "confirm" button. Very stylish app, but increasingly LESS user friendly!
Certain tabs in the app loads so slow. For a bank that doesn't have much physical locations anymore, it certainly has failed to support their clients. I updated Navy Fed and Chase with my info in seconds. This app is the same as Bank of America's services..and that doesn't say much.
I wasn't sure if it was just me, but it seems to be an all around problem, I cannot log in properly anymore, and every time this happens, my fingerprint info seems to be deleted and I have to activate it again. Can this be fixed so I can finally access my accounts without problems?
Zelle is the worst decision that USAA has ever made. Completely dysfunctional despite many calls to customer service. Never thought that I would give USAA this low of a rating, but they seem either unable or unwilling to fix this. It's a sad day.
