The USAA Mobile App gives you convenient and secure account access from your mobile device. You can manage your finances, insurance and more. With just a few taps, you can do things like transfer money, pay bills and deposit checks.

USAA Mobile App features include:

-Banking: Pay bills, send money with Zelle®, deposit checks, transfer funds and locate an ATM.

-Insurance: Get an auto ID card, request roadside assistance and report a claim.

-Security: Use a PIN or device biometrics to securely log on to the app.

-Search: Find what you need with smart search and chat.

-Widgets: View your balance and transaction history on your home screen using widgets.

A great service organization for insurance, credit cards, and banking services. Excellent rates and fantastic customer service. USAA has helped me in several emergencies (auto accidents). Also, their app is ready to use. I track my expenses, pay bills, and receive life and car insurance updates and policies thru the app. One of the best companies I've ever worked with ... now for over thirty years.

App no longer has 2 factor authentication. It now does quick login only requiring login and password. If you delete trusted browsers and devices it will go back to like it was sending a code. But after that it AUTOMATICALLY signs you up for quick login. Customer service was baffled as well why it would do that until they found info on it that basically say "Oh well, can't be changed."

dropped a star. been using for about 8 years and generally it ok. but it could be way better simply. lots of the apps are just external links to websites. I can go on and on like I just went to see my CC transaction history and there is a charge I didn't authorize and they can put a pending tag next to some transactions but can't put one for dispute? why aren't perks integrated into the app?
