The USAA Mobile App gives you convenient and secure account access from your mobile device. You can manage your finances, insurance and more. With just a few taps, you can do things like transfer money, pay bills and deposit checks.

USAA Mobile App features include:

-Banking: Pay bills, send money with Zelle®, deposit checks, transfer funds and locate an ATM.

-Insurance: Get an auto ID card, request roadside assistance and report a claim.

-Security: Use a PIN or device biometrics to securely log on to the app.

-Search: Find what you need with smart search and chat.

-Widgets: View your balance and transaction history on your home screen using widgets.

A great service organization for insurance, credit cards, and banking services. Excellent rates and fantastic customer service. USAA has helped me in several emergencies (auto accidents). Also, their app is ready to use. I track my expenses, pay bills, and receive life and car insurance updates and policies thru the app. One of the best companies I've ever worked with ... now for over thirty years.

I had difficulty sending two messages, requiring copy & paste from Google Messages, to my claim adjustor via the USAA app on my phone. The USAA app closed unexpectedly, had to open it and restart the message. The app's Topic choices seemed unrelated to my reason for sending my messages. If Topic is skipped, and you enter a message and tap Send, the app may or may not promp for a Topic anyway. Impression: Sending messages might involve a learning curve.

the app has the potential of giving you up to a 30% discount although I'm not sure exactly what is eligible for the discount. My main concern for this app is the inability to use the car's steering wheel phone controls. Even after to pull to the sides of the road, shut off engine, make the call, shut phone off, return to driving, the system often sees you still on the phone as you drive. The only other note is on harsh stops. The system actually encourages you to cruise through yellow lights.
