My log in details are no longer recognised. I've uninstalled the app twice, changed the password on the account on my laptop but it still won't allow me to log in. Very annoying as can no longer collect Avios online using my phone. And now it's blocked my account due to too many consecutive log in attempts even though I've been putting in the correct username & password! Sort it out BA!

Good experience of the app so far..been using for 1 month now. Works well, doesn't crash or freeze. Good variety of offers and plenty to look at! I like all the different sections in the app, showing points and balances, especially the tab which shows all your orders, what you've booked and how many Avios you will collect and have used all at that same time for each purchase. I'm pleased with this app so far! 🤞🏼☺️

Loaded it for the first time. Select log in from opening screen, opens login screen, enter details (or wait for about 3 seconds) and it goes back to opening screen. Pretty much the shortest software loop I've ever experienced. Uninstalled & tried again with the same results.
