My log in details are no longer recognised. I've uninstalled the app twice, changed the password on the account on my laptop but it still won't allow me to log in. Very annoying as can no longer collect Avios online using my phone. And now it's blocked my account due to too many consecutive log in attempts even though I've been putting in the correct username & password! Sort it out BA!

trying to book a BA holiday through the app, it takes you to select airports and dates etc, then the search button is not tappable, so no way to search or book. tried the website too and that doesn't even have the option to book BA holiday packages. Overall a terrible experience

Frustrating to say the least. No visible way of contacting anyone via email or even speak to customer services, if there is, they make it difficult for you to find. Linking accounts is not easy as it sounds, Iberia don't have middle names, they have family names, so linking your details to BA, Qatar doesn't work as your data must match your passport. So i currently have more points with Qatar than is showing in Avios, stopped using Iberia. The help centre is all preset questions.
