Stupid app. I try once with my account 15 numbers, second time locked. Come on coned at least 5 attempts. Now i have to call customers services. I have to ask my boss for one day off so i can call customers services.
Badly Designed There's no "back" nor "home" nor "menu" button on any page and I can't figure out how to enter my meter reading. The card I got in my door when the meter reader couldn't enter my house says I can use this app to enter a meter reading, but that's a lie. I had to repeatedly use the "back" button on my phone to get from any other page to the home page, which is the only place there's a menu, and that menu has nothing in it to enter a meter reading.
Login issues I logged in and said my attempts have locked me out wtf i entered it once deleting the app. Its sucks already! !
It's not working for me anymore. For a very long time It was working fine for a little while. When I launch the app and then click on My Account it shuts down and I get a messege saying "Unfortunately, my con edison had stopped." Please fix this!
Needs better support for multiple account holders. The app should be made in a way that allows you to switch between multiple accounts more easily. As it stands, I have to fully log out for me to be able to login and check a different account.
Pointless I keep having to login to the app to check my bill. The app doesn't remember your username or password. Might as well use the website.
