Terrible There's one really important thing I want when it comes to a banking app - when I make a payment, it actually goes through. THREE TIMES I made payments through the app, and they failed to happen in real life, which ran me over my credit limit. Not cool!!! I will be doing all transactions through the website from now on.
Piece of junk. Worthless. The so-called "wallet" feature is just a generic picture of an REI credit card, with the card info displayed in text below it. And they expect you to be able to convince a merchant to accept this as the same as a chipped credit card? Laughable. Any waitperson you've ever handed your credit card to has this same info, and could gin up a similar page in about 2 minutes. Instead of US Bank wasting time and money on this garbage, how about activating their MasterCards for Samsung Pay, which is ACTUALLY SECURE? How hard can that be? You did it for your VISA cards. Oh, yeah, and it crashes.
I have only had the app for 5 minutes. It has already kicked me out once and the graphics are awful. REI can do much better
Awful It made me enter a code that they sent me via text. When I switched to my text app and back, this app asked me to enter my number again to receive a new code. Vicious circle. There is no way to read the code they send and return to this app to enter it.
No support for Android pay. Admittedly, this is not a review of the app, but of the card itself. But i needed a place to vent.
How is this app any different than the US Bank app? Oh, I know, the US Bank app has features. I see no reason why you would install this app.
Tap and pay with your phone, get instant notifications, and lock your cards.
