Completely useless Every single time I attempt to login with this app, it says my password is incorrect. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I go to the website and use the same password, no problem. How can a development team be this bad at the basics? UPDATE: In case anyone thought the app might have improved since I wrote this review... It didn't.
It never works Every time I have tried to use this app it doesn't work. Makes me pretty mad that I had to switch from Chase. Get this figured out, you can't claim to have mobile banking if it never works.
If I could give it no stars I would.. Pisses me off. All I wanna do is access my account online. ..but nooo. ..they're gonna make me download a fkn app. I don't want an app! I just want regular fkn online banking. I personally don't need a fkn app for everything. Bull$hit!!!
I hate being forced to use this Us bank no longer allows access to their website through mobile devices. When I try to log in I'm forced to download this app. I hate it and I don't want it. If I lose my phone anyone who finds it will know all of my banking info. This sucks!
New version sucks Initially I was able to access my account when I got the new version. I didnt like the layout at all and getting to my balance and transaction history was difficult. Now I can't even log in cuz it doesn't recognize my security questions anymore even tho I KNOW they're right! Therefore, I can't access my account!! I agree with every other review made on here that this new version sucks! Please fix!!
Much better I'm glad to see that US Bank listened to their customers and fixed a lot of the issues that the old app had. There is more info on one page so you don't have to click several times just to (for example) see the check card authorizations. And, I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they finally put check images in the app. It was a total pain trying to remember what I made a check out for and sometimes I couldn't remember at all so I had to get on my computer to look it up... no more! Thank you for putting that feature in!
