WTF This app sucks now! Before the last three updates it would show transaction history with in an hour of purchasing something now it doesn't show up for two or three days. Kinda hard to mobile bank when you can't see WTF is going on in the account!
I hate it! Their previous app was MUCH better. I don't like the new format at all and every time you select "load more" transactions to review, it goes back to the top of the page so you have to keep scrolling back to the bottom of the page to see your transactions - it is not user friendly at all. Their so called update really feels like an older version, so how about really "updating" it by going back to the OLD version, please!
I didn't know in this day and age that an app could be so buggy and unresponsive. When I can actually get the login screen to load the box I put an id into, I am asked the same security questions EVERY TIME. This new version is remarkably worse than the version used a year ago.
New app is worse than the old New app is horrible but still functions, the old one was better. Still works though, some people don't like change, I love it.
CALL or EMAIL CORPORATE!!!! Everyone needs to call or email corporate about this issue. I emailed them, and they told me they weren't even aware of any issues with this app! Doesn't even work since the latest update. For the third time!!! Can you please fix this app, so I can check my bank account!
Not a very good app for a major bank The new version of the app looks pretty but still is plagued by the same reliability problems of previous versions. The check depositing process never works despite two other bank app's deposit feature working just fine.
