Technical Difficulties I love this app, it makes it so simple for me to keep track of my finances and to make payments on my credit card, but I've been experiencing some technical difficulties trying to log in, so I uninstalled then reinstalled it and it's working just fine again. Recommend this app because it makes it so nice to do your personal banking right in your hands anywhere and anytime.
App has been overhauled Way less intuitive than the previous version and and they haven't even updated the app page with new screen shots. Seema like this new version was rolled out without much forethought... (Update) Getting better. More stable and navigation has been improved.
Used to be good I have used this app on my android phone for awhile, and really appreciated mobile deposits since I am now 15 miles from the nearest branch, but with the latest update that it forced me to get, as it wouldn't work without it, I can't deposit anymore. It goes to the page where you choose which account to deposit into, but no account option comes up. Same thing happened on my iPod touch and looking at reviews, other people have had the same issue. P.s. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work.
Haven't been able to use it in months. I keep expecting an update because I haven't been able to log in for weeks now. When I hit enter after entering my password, nothing happens except the password field becomes empty. If I go back to the initial screen, it will tell me an error occurred. I use this app mainly to deposit my checks, but I haven't been able to do so for almost a month.
Don't know what is worse... The App itself or their inability to fix the problems people have been complaining about forever. I have never seen a business put less interest in their customers let alone creating a workable app. Closed all my accounts today. Too many legit banks with more tools(that work) to manage my money. Good luck everyone.
Completely useless Every single time I attempt to login with this app, it says my password is incorrect. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I go to the website and use the same password, no problem. How can a development team be this bad at the basics? UPDATE: In case anyone thought the app might have improved since I wrote this review... It didn't.
