Mobile deposit sucks I use the mobile deposit to deposit my paychecks since I work long days hours (9 am - 8 pm) & can't get to the bank. I go through the steps and it takes the picture of my check and them the app restarts. I tried for HOURS today and it still would not deposit my check. I am SERIOUSLY considering changing banks all together because I joined the bank for the mobile deposits.
Doesn't show all transactions, etc The app doesn't show all my transactions since us bank updated the app. The check deposit feature doesn't always work when I've tried to use it. I've had to reinstall the app twice in the last month or so just so I can use the deposit feature. Overall, just not a good app.
Keith APP will not allow me to pay bills and It is slow. I never had a problem with the old version. What is more frustrating is no one at US bank appears to care. After 20+ years with US bank they seem to be ok with leaving some of their customers in the dark about what they are doing to fix this APP. I have to call home to have my spouse pay a bill or transfer money. I did all my computing from my phone until this APP changed my life for the worse. Please for the 3rd time, fix it or replace this APP!
Camera reversed and impossible to get picture. New interface slow and navigation poor. Nothing fixed. Update - still no response, no assistance, and yet they still want me to bank with them. After 16 years as a customer, nobody can even respond to a mobile app issue where the picture is backwards and they charge for it?
Not doing what it looks like it should Gives you the option to change background color...but you can't change it. Gives you the option to see balance before login...but doesn't show it before login...Why put it in the app if the users can't do anything with it? 2 stars til it's fixed.
Worse than last update The app was running great before the last update. Updated and it was running slow and everything on it changed. This update is even worse. Not as accessible, doesn't show much info. Wish I could uninstall the update
