app is very user friendly. Just got updated. And i gotta say with every update I've gotten, it just keeps getting easier. Thanks guys for such an awesome service. Update: I've been using the "deposit a check" feture in this app and the front of the checks do jist fine, however the back seems to be too much blank area and the focus feture doesn't like it so it makes it very difficult to complete process.

The app works fine when it isn't having issues. More than half of the time I try to open the app it says there's "issues" on their end and it should be done quickly but it usually take several hours to be able to open it up. They also frequently shut down my cards because of fraud, but it's never actually fraud and it's just my purchases. I'm genuinely considering switching banks as this has caused a lot of inconvenience with paying my bills and such.

EDIT TO ADD: I tried to deposit a check on Sunday night - it would not go through at all due to some issue with the bank. Unreliable depositing checks remotely!!! This us not the first time this has happened. Maybe time for a different bank!!! I've never had to push more buttons or jump through more hoops to deposit a check!!!!!!!! And it hasn't improved!!!!
