Don't waste your time, this app has absolutely no features. You can't do anything except pay your bill, literally nothing else. Worst banking app I've ever seen.
US Bank is a horrible Institute. I remember years ago I had someone steal my bank number and went on a spree and within an hour of the transactions USB froze the acct called me to confirm and opened a new acct..and yes the fraud department opened the act... years and years later I got hit again but this time cashing in checks so when I got paid before I even woke up my acct was dried out... I spoke with 6 different people at us and could not get them to close the acct and issue a new number so I stopped my direct deposit and left the account with $100 bucks to
The only reasons im giving it three stars is because of the lack of fingerprint authenticating, which gets annoying when you have to type your password all the time to log in. Also it just seems sort of clunky sometimes
8/25 update says I'm not connected to the internet (WRONG) and just locks up. I really hope their app programmers don't have anything to do with my money. (Emailed developer and got the expected "it's just you" response.) May have to change banks. 9/21 update fixed the internet problem but was real quircky starting up. (Had to try twice.) And (sigh) the mobile deposit feature is still broken. And the first few times I've used it, I wasn't getting an all white login screen. Now I am. (Just keep tapping up there. The username box eventually gets highlighted.) And the bill payment feature is broken too. The 10/24 update is still garbage. (Still no way to enter dollar amounts when depositing or paying bills.) It's hard to believe but the 12/6 update didn't fix anything. Just made it, incredibly, even slower. 12/9 update broke the bill pay and deposit functions even more. 1/25/'17 update didn't fix anything. It just tends to crash my tablet to the point of needing a Restart. Sigh. The 3/1 update fixed nothing. Neither did the 3/22 update.
Very close to the website in functionality and very handy. Easy and secure to use from anywhere! For example: low funds, card bounced? Can fix right away!
The app is good. But, the app says it is incompatible with my Samsung Galaxy Tab. I have this app installed on Samsung Note 3 Smartphone.
