Completely useless Every single time I attempt to login with this app, it says my password is incorrect. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I go to the website and use the same password, no problem. How can a development team be this bad at the basics? UPDATE: In case anyone thought the app might have improved since I wrote this review... It didn't.
Deposits are now harder to make Update is a big step backwards. Slower. More steps required to make a deposit on Note 5. Can't read for deposit only but requires it. Waste of time! Photo bill stub pay never works. My rating went from a 4 star to a 1.
Used to be good I have used this app on my android phone for awhile, and really appreciated mobile deposits since I am now 15 miles from the nearest branch, but with the latest update that it forced me to get, as it wouldn't work without it, I can't deposit anymore. It goes to the page where you choose which account to deposit into, but no account option comes up. Same thing happened on my iPod touch and looking at reviews, other people have had the same issue. P.s. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work.
Still not fixed Every time I try to open this it just closes itself. Have to try like 6 times to deposit my check. (Update) still crashes every time I try to make a deposit. Kind of eliminates the purpose of having the app considering all you can do is check statements and make mobile deposit. Since that's kind of the selling point of the app you would think they would get that fixed..
It never works Every time I have tried to use this app it doesn't work. Makes me pretty mad that I had to switch from Chase. Get this figured out, you can't claim to have mobile banking if it never works.
If I could give it no stars I would.. Pisses me off. All I wanna do is access my account online. ..but nooo. ..they're gonna make me download a fkn app. I don't want an app! I just want regular fkn online banking. I personally don't need a fkn app for everything. Bull$hit!!!
