Newest update sucks Still have to answer a security question, then password. Dumb. Then kicks me out. All other banks apps are 1000% times better than this. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone their service sucks and everything that follows
Could be much better Would give it a better rating if you would fix it so we can see the balance as it progresses with payments and charges. Also need a way to get into my settings so I could change password, security questions, etc. As of now, that is not an option given. Also, on my phone, I can not get into the app because it ask a question I did NOT answer and I can NOT skip the question, the "cancel" is covering the "skip" button!!!! Fix these things please and I'll give you 5 stars.

Was good before! The newest update won't let me log in! I type in my user name and it goes to load the password page and kicks me out! Very frustrating since I use this app daily to check my balance. Please fix! It was very reliable before. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and its still doing the same thing.
Much better Had to reinstall rather than update to access the option to remember my device and bypass the id shield each time I log in. Working great now. I am looking forward to seeing some more options for background colors.
Worst online banking app This is the worst app I've ever use it always forces me out and just closes then won't let me access any information it's just terrible
