I use this app to manage my credit card and it no longer lets me make payments on it. I just get stuck in a loop of "no external bank account" and "external bank account already exists" when I try to link one. It's like they don't actually want you to pay them and it terribly frustrating.
This app use to work great but a few updates back it stopped working right. I login in and can see my balance but that is as far as I can go. I get the eternal spinner for loading. If it is androids that have an issue then maybe the developers should create two different apps. One for Apples and one for Android.
Poorly made & designed app. It feels like it's made in a sub-standard cross platform app maker that is geared for iOS. None of the app feels like it's made for Android, and using it makes me think that it was built by novice app developers. No modern features like fingerprint login exist and there are many annoying issues in the core design of the app. Android standard behaviors are completely ignored all over this app. Overall I am very unimpressed by this attempt, and quite frankly I could build a better app myself.
Impossible to get past the login screen. Locks up device instantly every time. LG G6. Emailed. As usual, got the response that it has to be my device instead of their app. Light years behind the app for IOS. It's clear to see no feedback is being taken. I rely heavily on mobile banking amd need every aspect of its functionality to work. I'll most likely be switching banks for this reason.
I really feel this bank is scamming people. I had to leave my old bank due to moving from the West coast to the mid states. I ran my account flawlessly for 8 yrs using the mobile app. I've been with this bank for a little over a year and have had 5 overdraws..something is going on here. Will be getting a new bank account from a different bank soon.
Now it's freezing in my Google pixel, I've had your APP on IOS too it sucks everywhere. Ugly Ui, no finger print support on Android, and very slow. You guys should look at USAA or Chase for a good example of mobile banking.
