No fingerprint log in.... Can Android users please get the fingerprint log in ability... Other than that the app does as advertised and really negates any reason to go to a bank. As others have mentioned it is a little slow nothing major like some make it out to be. This is most likely due to the layers of security this application has and I'm willing to trade speed for security any day
Font too tiny for visually impaired! I'm visually challenged and this app has such tiny font that I have to carry a magnifying glass in order to use it! Have tried triple tapping screen to enlarge but still need magnifying glass to enter password, etc. Can anyone tell me how to enlarge the font? Cannot stretch app bigger. Please help us older customers use this app. I desperately need it to manage my many bank accounts. everything else is perfect. Just can't see what I'm doing!
Slow and painful You can check your balances. If you want more than that (scheduling payments, entering new recipients, filling out any kind of form) look elsewhere. Screens are not responsive, knowing which fields are required is difficult, and sometimes they just don't work and you have to restart the app.
Degraded to total crap. 8/25 update says I'm not connected to the internet (WRONG) and just locks up. I really hope their app programmers don't have anything to do with my money. (Emailed developer and got the expected "it's just you" response.) Uninstalled. May have to change banks. 9/21 update fixed the internet problem but was real quircky starting up. (Had to try twice.) And (sigh) the mobile deposit feature is still broken. And the first few times I've used it, I wasn't getting an all white login screen. Now I am. (Just keep tapping up there. The username box eventually gets highlighted.) And the bill payment feature is broken too. The 10/24 update is still garbage. (Still no way to enter dollar amounts when depositing or paying bills.)
Still does not work Even with the update still cannot use the app. Going to find a new bank if this keeps up. Fix the app first before you make improvements
Poor User Interface The UI is badly designed, and the touch boxes don't line up well with the graphical elements. It is fairly laggy, and has crashed on me. Most options are labeled well though.
