No fingerprint log in.... Can Android users please get the fingerprint log in ability... Other than that the app does as advertised and really negates any reason to go to a bank. As others have mentioned it is a little slow nothing major like some make it out to be. This is most likely due to the layers of security this application has and I'm willing to trade speed for security any day
Font too tiny for visually impaired! I'm visually challenged and this app has such tiny font that I have to carry a magnifying glass in order to use it! Have tried triple tapping screen to enlarge but still need magnifying glass to enter password, etc. Can anyone tell me how to enlarge the font? Cannot stretch app bigger. Please help us older customers use this app. I desperately need it to manage my many bank accounts. everything else is perfect. Just can't see what I'm doing!
For the past 3 days it gives you an error login msg Anytime I have used the app or the website it does not let me login at all!! Highly inconvenient when I need to check my account quickly! Please fix soon!! I know I can call to check my account but using the app is much quicker at the touch of the button.
Slow and painful You can check your balances. If you want more than that (scheduling payments, entering new recipients, filling out any kind of form) look elsewhere. Screens are not responsive, knowing which fields are required is difficult, and sometimes they just don't work and you have to restart the app.
They tried it Coming from chase to banking this you get spoiled. There app is nice and all not so much convenient. With chase I can send money to family and friends instantly , not next day or etc. Their no cost for mobile deposits. If you deposit a check it's cleared the next day not days later. I'm going back to chase.
Hate this bank/app In order to make one car loan payment I need 2 security questions and a password. Security is good but come on! Also no processing/pending or any acknowledgement of payment being made for 48 hours. This bank and app is the absolute worst.
