Fix ASAP First you rebuild your website and I can't use it at all anymore. Now you rebuild your app and can't use it anymore. You didn't wipe old username or passwords so if you can get in the app you need new everything. My card finally died so I had to get a new one so I guess it may work now but only with new usernames and passwords. I guess you only care if we stay here if we're new customers. It's time to care about your old and reliable customers not the temporary ones.
Worthless Can't set up new account, and won't let me establish new password, and the password field is screwed up. I haven't been able to use this in 2 weeks . I can only check my balance at home on my pc. I can't even check it on my iPad. I have had nothing but consistent problems with this card and this app as well as the pc app. It seem like a simple thing for a bank like this US Bank to be able to do well!
How much did Apple, Inc pay you ? First, I am an ANDROID PHONE user, and have used the Android app for a long time. I replaced my phone yesterday, and cannot get the app, which they screwed up royally, to work. I called the help number, and was told not to use the app because: "the Android app is under development, and we have the Apple app available..." I was told to use the website until further notice. ANDROID is the MOST POPULAR OS, so how much did Apple, Inc PAY YOU to bring out the Apple version first?! Or, are you just FANBOIS?
Ignore the whining. While there aren't a lot of bells and whistles, this app does what it is supposed to: let you have access to your card info without constantly having to call or go online. Some of the security measures can be annoying when you're in a hurry, but I'd rather have that than allow people easy access to my money. Be sure to go online for additional texting options, which are great, in my opinion.
