There is absolutely nothing wrong with this app. It functions as designed except for a bug with the initial log-in. Install, bypass the first login, choose login as new user, then choose already have an account at the bottom of the screen. It would be ridiculous for you to go through the process creating a new account if you already have one. After that, works wonderfully. Quick access to your balance, to load or send $$. Choose to log in with a pin or to auto log in if you have your 📱 secured anyway. He'll of a lot easier than using the PC. It took me about 3 minutes to figure this out. I think folks just get in too big of a hurry to READ sometimes.
I use to use this app all the time. Now I can't log in. It tells me user doesn't exist so I tried to create a new account with a different user name and it said card already attached to user. I know, that's me. But I can not log on. Before the update I could log in a view everything. A day after I could still log in but all my recent activity was gone. Now I can't even log in.
Don't know why you changed it. The other app was much more attractive and professional looking. This one looks like a preschooler designed it. It also seems less secure. Shows my balance as soon as I open app, IN BIG BOLD TYPE, which I don't like and it doesn't automatically sign me out so anyone could find out my card info if I happened to lose my phone. Also history is just really wonky and not as accurate as previous app. Not much to do but complain because I know you won't change it but...
I've had my card and this app for over a year and now all of a sudden I'm being told my pin is invalid...same pin for over a year. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and I continue to have issues with it. Not understanding why these updates are happening if they're not fixing anything all they're doing is making more problems.
I'm getting very annoyed that I can't see any of my recent transactions. The app is only providing me from 2 months ago. Not helping me current. Fix this problem please.
Attempted to create a new account. Cannot! The app. does not work! Lists 2 different sets of instructions for creating a password & accepts none of them. Next I went to the website, would not accept the security text. I tried 5 times! I spent an hour trying to set up an online account to no avail! Then I called customer service, tried to speak to a human, I was rerouted twice back to the main menu! Never was able to speak to anyone. I am a Kroger employee. This is a horrible service, a horrible app. Going back to Money Network & one of their cards from now on. Their app. works seemlessly, you can talk to a human when you call too.
