Very hard to book a new reservation when u have an old reservation because the pop up keeps overlaying what you are trying to do which is make a new reservation. Such a stupid design! Second, make sure to take a screenshot of the QR code because we were unable to pick our luggage up for a while because we couldn't get reception and we had to find Wi-Fi. The developer totally needs have the app download the information so it doesn't have to rely on Internet. You guys suck!

Does not work. I made a booking online for a recent trip and the app wouldn't load when opened, it was stuck on doing something with the phones location. I force closed and reopened the app but none of
