Review from Joshua Hall
It's nice. But the ads are annoying and the layout is shoddy. Other than that it works...for a free app. Oh, and remember to turn the finder on BEFORE losing your phone, otherwise you're screwed.
I fancy myself a pretty good whistler and yet I got this thing to activate maaaaybe three times. The app won't work if it's open, hitting the activation isn't enough which is not clear and took me a good while to figure out. Also the sound function just... doesn't, it resets to silent no matter what I do. Not the quality I was hoping for from the ratings, seems like folks are giving 5 stars before they even open it. Uninstalled.
My major issues are that it does not run as phone comes on. So we have to be anticipating the day we will need to look for our phone and turn it on. Also create a way to regulate the whistle sensitivity for it so it doesn't go off at every little sound. 5 stars awaiting you after fix.
Why doesn't it allow me select a tone of my choice? It keeps going back to "None" even after I've set another tone. Hence, it doesn't ring out
Ads are way too intrusive. It literally paused my music player just to play a video. Unacceptable.
Didn't work. Installed it a few times, tried whistling in a room with no background noise and even with phone held near my mouth. Nothing.
It triggers even with no sounds at tge middle of the night, so annoying
* Minor whistle detection algorithm bug fixed
* Camera flashlight bug fixed
* Now you can remove ads
