Horrible app, it never updates on cellular when it's supposed to, even with really strong connections. It's a waste of time if you have to go back to Wi-Fi just to sync the app so that you can open up a lock. Added a bunch of bells and whistles that have no value to the end user, just open the locks. 12/07/2020. No changes, still junk. No cellular updating is possible. 2 yrs now. Several different phones.

The screen on this had changed to a different look. That was my clue. I updated and attempted to access the key with customers standing in the cold along side me. Nothing other than an annoying sound with a location off service error. I was able to find location services in the settings. I verified it was on. No go! So unhappy.

Better interface than before. But still it's frequently unreliable connecting and working, although this could be a function of how the key boxes are designed or their hardware. Just spent ten minutes trying to open one of my own key boxes. Doesn't even seem to connect if the box is turned on before the app tries to link. If box is turned in after PIN is input, it said it's connecting but it never opened. Yet it worked two days ago and has opened for others.
