This product has never worked as reliably as it should. There have been several times that I have had to re-install it on my Android. There have been numerous times that no service was available when I was showing houses and today when I called Supra there was a Thank you for calling Supra but the call went into cyberspace someplace and I didn't get further than no message...!!!
The website is dysfunctional. After sitting with my office manager at our association she was unable to get me into the website. It will not accept my e-Key account ID #. It is the one that is the top of your e-key app. This means getting back on the phone and hope that it will not take 1/2 hour before they can answer the phone. I would give this web site and e-key 0 stars.
Very unreliable. The app has a very difficult time connecting to the FOB, often requiring a restart of the phone or tablet. Very embarrassing when attempting to show a property to a client. I've decided it best to go with an alternative way of providing keys to other agents on listings. As for showings, I'm stuck with this inferior and outdated technology, and make do the best I can.
My husband and I have had the app ever since it came out. Could not wait to get rid of the Active Key. We have used both the iPhone and Android versions of the app and have never had a problem. It is so nice to not have to remember the Active Key and just have the app on your phone. It updates in the middle of the night automatically, and you can update manually, as well. If you have any problems, you can always contact Supra, and they are awesome. Frankly, I would happily give all the permissions for this app then all the other questionable "big guys" out there recording our voices, snagging our contacts, tracking our GPS, etc., and selling it to God knows who.
Great if it worked with Google fi. After calling in numerous times to get emergency updates so I can get into a house for a showing, I'm bailing. It's not worth dropping my $30/month phone and data for 75/month ago I can use Supra. You all better adjust more people are going to be moving to Google fi
Impossible to reach "customer service' by phone Automated attendant says wait time is less than 1 minutes... I am now at 15+ and counting. I am tired of hearing how important I am to firms that truly couldn't care less. And their instructions about logging in to update account information? Doesn't work. Would love to have an alternative service or service provider. I rarely write bad reviews but this time wasting nonsense is distracting and unnecessary. Have a happy.
