When it works it's fine, but when it doesn't it costs money. Nothing like going to showings and not be able to access the home because your app freezes and crashes. Does not allow me to get past the pin screen. reinstalled multiple times allowed all permissions dumped all other Bluetooth devices and it still freezes and crashes

Despicable that the only option to get into a home is so broken and user hostile. Always freezes in the middle of unlocking, in the middle of an in app update, while inputting codes, just constantly. Not to mention the support is virtually non existent, and the service hasn't been updated since October 2024. 0 stars, makes me wish someone would remove this awful monopoly in the industry and open up some efficient competition. I only use it because I literally HAVE to.

Lately, I have to update every time I try to use the key. The app gets locked in a death spool and stuck on connecting to key box. Today, I restarted my phone 3 x, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, waited for a verification code to use the app, death spiraled at the connection, updated again and only THEN did the thing work. 45 minutes of a property visit wasted fighting with this app. I've used it since it was first put into use in our local area. Problems are new and frequent.
