I'm a real estate photographer and use this app to get access to the properties I shoot. It has been buggy where when I enter my pin or CBS code to access the key, it freezes. Even when I get them in, it says it's connecting but never does. I called Supra customer support and they told me to go into Settings, Apps, Supra and force a stop. That fixed the issue.

I long for the old, unimproved app. This new, "improved" app responds slower and less reliably than any othe app on my phone. I am never certain it will work when I get to the iBox often getting a black screen when selecting any feature. I only select "obtain key" or "open shackle" now for fear of the non-responsive black screen. Even with limited use, I have had to uninstall & reinstall twice, while standing in front of a property trying to show. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

When it works (about 20% of the time), it's great. When it doesn't, it's very embarrassing! I can’t update the app while I’m at the door with a client. I can’t even seem to update the app at home with my wifi. I have to uninstall and reinstall before I go out. For my own listings, I'm going to start using a combo master lock as backup. FYI, I tried emailing the address you post in your review responses but it came back as "message blocked."
