Very handy I've used the breathing timer many times, especially before job interviews and the like. I've also used the image reveal to calm myself down when I'm feeling down or anxious. The other functions I've used only a few times, but even just for those two, this app is very worthwhile. It can track your anxiety, too, if you need to find patterns.
I have c-ptsd and this app has helped me so much. The exercises and anxiety tracker help me to ground myself and see how I'm feeling now. It's saved my life many times when I've been at my lowest. Any help is good help. Thank you Thank you. This is the best app I've found and I've been suffering for 40 years.
Ok.. Pretty basic lacks doable exercises... Also, says cannabis creates stress when millions including me believe it is a natural stress reliever. I'll try another app..
I mean its not really that helpful is all... this is less helpful to easing and managing anxiety. mostly all it does is help you point out stuff that makes you anxious, and like.. tracks your anxiety levels for some reason... really all it seems to set you up for is just learning what makes you anxious so you can try to AVOID it, which is really not what should be done. you need to learn how to DEAL with your anxiety, not how to AVOID it.
Freud Psychology has gone away from Freudian beliefs as invalid and the fact that this app has a whole section using him makes me worried about its authenticity.
This app has helped save me in so many situations. I mainly only use the 'picture peace' feature which helps to calm me and distract me while I'm having a panic attack. I'd love some more pictures on it or a feature to delete some that are less calming when I look at them - such as the cookie and the sunset. But regardless, thank you for making this app. I recommend it to anyone.
