Very handy I've used the breathing timer many times, especially before job interviews and the like. I've also used the image reveal to calm myself down when I'm feeling down or anxious. The other functions I've used only a few times, but even just for those two, this app is very worthwhile. It can track your anxiety, too, if you need to find patterns.

I have c-ptsd and this app has helped me so much. The exercises and anxiety tracker help me to ground myself and see how I'm feeling now. It's saved my life many times when I've been at my lowest. Any help is good help. Thank you Thank you. This is the best app I've found and I've been suffering for 40 years.
Ok.. Pretty basic lacks doable exercises... Also, says cannabis creates stress when millions including me believe it is a natural stress reliever. I'll try another app..
Good. Very good app has helped me already and have only had it for a day! Only problem is that on the chat boards there are no professionals to answer any questions just people trying to help people with their own stories/problems. Which don't get me wrong is reassuring In itself but I would prefer to have a few doctors/psychiatrists on there who are answering people's questions. Please look into this as this step would make this a five star app !! Thank you!
Great for relaxing I have a disease called CRPS/RSD horrible pain. I have it in both feet both hands and along my spine. This app along without Native American Flute Music seems to do the best at calming me and helping me let go. The pain is Burning,Stinging,stabbing, spreading, hot,ice cold, won't let me sleep, can't be touched means no intimacy after 28 years of happy marriage.
