Useful to tarck my anxiety and fear. While exploring the app I came cross "peaceful pictures" the first 2 pictures in their gallery triggered an anxiety attack for me. I have a severe phobia of butterfly/moths and I'm terrified if bees..even though I'm much more afraid of butterflies. I tried to see if I could delete and add my own photographs but I just had to delete the app...it cause more harm than good. It seems it works for a lot of people so that's why I gave it a 3 star..I just can not use it
This app is amazing, so simple but so helpful in times of a crisis. The various tools have something for everyone and I 100% recommend this for anyone with anxiety or panic disorder
It's not not engaging at all. The icons are too similar to one another. It's difficult to get to its tools.
This is so easy to use. I love being able to track my emotional response and have tools handy for when anxiety strikes.
Best to set up and explore when you're in a good space, but definitely great app. Layout is clean and organized, so easy to navigate when stressed. Lots of options and variety of tools so there's something for everyone. It's empowering and gives you skills, not just a Bandaid.
I have a very serious, and very real anxiety disorder. For so long I felt trapped and alone, but now I can finally smell the roses lol
