Very helpful I can always rely on this app to help calm me down during panics. Although I don't utilise the whole app everyone is different and the variety is great.
good-but some definite bugs. when trying to add a reminder it crashes the app, and sometimes it wont let me update my anxiety tracker, even though i havent yet reaches the 5 post limit.
Very good. This App is great, and is used quite a bit for me on a daily basis. Just getting into the swing of keeping my anxiety at bay but with my anxiety it can come and go very quickly.... One problem, I can't add a tool to my self help kit. Sort this out I or give me some sort of advice and I can up my rating to a 5 star.
Please give it a try! I suffer from really bad anxiety and panic attacks and I'm usually pretty skeptical about these 'anxiety self help' stuff but this one actually works. I'm not gonna say it cured me but it helped me make my anxiety attacks a LOT more manageable.
This app has been a turning point for me with my anxiety. The breathing exercises and picture peace give me a way to ground myself and work through anxiety attacks when they come, and they WORK. After using it for a few months, it's become part of my routine whenever I feel symptoms building and my anxiety attacks have become MUCH more manageable as a result. I absolutely recommend this app to any and all who are suffering from anxiety.
This is perfect for me! I gave this app a chance after downloading and then deleting a good twenty others. I wanted one that wasn't needlessly elaborate, that could just help me track my mood to keep my anxiety from hitting me unexpectedly. This app fits my need, and also features wonderful tasks and exercises I can use whenever I feel the need for a quick sense of calm (Picture Peace is the greatest resource for fast decompression on a break at work). I fully recommend this!
