Ratings and reviews

DO NOT UPDATE!!!!!! All my previous videos are gone and the migrate videos button that is supposed to reinstall your previous videos does nothing...took a really good app and totally ruined it! Oh and I can't use the app to record videos anymore... it's just a black screen. So I go to the Help and Support tab and they have it disabled so I can't even contact them...please go back to the old app and give me back my old videos!!!

Edit: After the latest update there are now videos with good camera angles. With proper angles you can now accurately compare and analyze. This was my only issue with the old app. New app is also easier to navigate, not that the old way was bad, but the new layout is cleaner. App is decent. You pay money for swing models, and most of them have a bad camera angle and are therefore useless.

I have encountered issues frequently with this app. This is the second time in a few months I've needed my app to function properly with a client and I have been unable to utilize the tools I'm supposed to have with my V1 plus subscription. Don from V1 was able to help me with just a few steps. The customer service seems to be very good with this company, but I've just had some issues with the app when I've needed it most with clients.
