Has an issue scanning in tickets. Mainly pick 3,4 and 5 tickets it's nearly impossible to scan those tickets in for points no matter how you hold the ticket, adjust the lighting, log out and log back in, nothing works it's highly frustrating. and I also don't like how you can only scan in 50 tickets per day and use 5000 per month. I'm sure there's nothing I can do about that but for someone with 35k+ points I'd like to be able to use more than 5k on points I've earned.

I spent 200 dollars on a game that never won a single dollar or activated a bonus game. I emailed 3X to see if it was a glitch & received no reply. If something like this happens, don't expect your money back nor an explanation. Update. I called and told it was INDEED a glitch. And ever since, I win nothing over 50 bucks. I have spent thousands of dollars and I am obviously being throttled for bringing up the 300 spins with no win.

The monopoly game is rigged. the algorithms are changed constantly. Everytime you start to win a few bucks you get a location error, followed by down for maintenance message. Once the game starts up again you will LOSE it all. Happens everytime. They control the payout to grow the jackpot. Its blatantly obvious once you play long enough. should be investigated for fraud.
