Kind of hilarious. I tried to join the flying club online and got an error in two browsers. Went to download the app and after reading the reviews about errors, decided to chance it anyways. After going through all the pages on the app to sign up for the club, I hit submit on the last page. An error has occurred, I'm told. I was literally trying to buy tickets on your airline and your tech is so bad it prevented me from doing so lol. Wellp, moving onto the next option on the list.

Quite a poor experience. I needed to use the app to view boarding passes but without a network connection, which I didn't have, it wouldn't log in or let me view anything. This is despite saying I can still view them offline. Clearly a lie. This is a serious bug when you can't print anything while away from home.

This failed to display the gate even after multiple refreshes, nearly making me miss the flight. I'm now on board about to take off and the gate still hasn't updated. Also it always shows the boarding time as 12 hours before takeoff, and on a round-trip it consistently showed my flights in the wrong order. And the UX is just consistently bad and unpredictable. Just a mess all around.
