Temperatures are too high This app lists many foodstuffs but there is little choice of doneness - only for beef - and most of the temperatures are too high, for example fish fillet at 58C which would be just-cooked at 43C. I think all the fish is the same temperature. What's the point of using sous-vide to overcook your food, there are easier ways.
Very good start to help to build up confidence to use Sous-vide. Temperatures are best taken on the lower end of recommendations. What would improve this app is an introduction into the principles of Sous-vide, namely the breaking down of collagen and slow setting of protein without over coagulation. Hence certain temperatures to work save (food safety) yet to bring out the optimum eating pleasure of a product.
Cool app You need to reallocate the hw back button. Now it's exiting from the app. Bad UX practice.
