I am a daily user of this app and the only thing which is missing from this app is plank exercise. Although it is a very good app but by adding planks you will make this app complete for someone who like to workout for fitness only ie people like me. Please pay heed to my suggestion will give 5 stars if you add plank
So far so good I just started the app, i wish it explained what it meant a little more thoroughly like when it says box push ups or whatever it says it looks like the guys doing dips but it sounds like they want you to hold yourself up and dip. I also wish you'd let me exceed my expected workouts. I did 25 push ups but it only let me select 14 as my max, the app should adapt to your level of fitness instead of relying on what you select to begin with. It should also tell you to do certain stretches before exercises.
Awesome! Woo-hoo! Awesome. My lovely lady mentioned that she wouldn't mind if I came to have a six pack. I've tried this before, for myself, but with her loving encouragement to motivate me, and this fairly decent application, I'm sure I'll get somewhere better. :3
Yaasss! 😍 Finally! An app that gives you a distance to run and helps you improve rather than an app that only tracks how far you walk or counts your steps. Also good because it has a variety of excersice! 😊
This is THEE app you wanna get if you don't have access to the gym long as you have a pull up bar you can do all the exercises except for "bars" other than that you can get huge gains just keep at it and don't give up!!
