Important information for Whistler Blackcomb: Mobile Pass and Mobile Lift Tickets are not available at
Whistler Blackcomb this winter season. Please use a physical Pass or Lift Ticket card to access the
mountain. All other app features will be available.

Ratings and reviews

This season the tracking is useless... double counts about half of the lifts. THIS IS EASY TO FIX: I can't get on 2 lifts in 1 minute, just filter that. Lift wait times total bunk. The map is also buggy. App doesn't handle loss of internet gracefully, hangs. You can't view family stats you have to log out and in for each member. No speed recording.

Update a few years later: They still haven't done much to improve this app. it's particularily annoying since it is now also your digital pass. Major issues include: non-functional map (really Vail?!), tracking destroys your battery, non-competitive with competitor (Ikon) app for finding friends on mountain, hard to use interfaces and layers. ----- Previous review: It's fine. What a cumbersome and unintuitive interface. I need to see my pass number to complete my registration, but I cant get that because it won't accept my picture. Even if I did have it, I get sent to an in app browser that prevents me from seeing where the number would go. I've had to make 2 separate accounts, one for the app and one for the site. Extremely discouraged and can not recommend this app to anyone.
