I only have to use this to complete forms and see my scheduled appointment. I had to turn on accessibility in my phone settings so there was always a button on screen that would allow me to zoom in enough to actually read and fill out the forms. It used to zoom in, idk what happened.

i'm now being forced to use this app to do virtual appointments when the browser plugin worked just fine. In contrast, this app doesn't work. It never shows a live preview of what i'm sending, just a frozen image. It has random audio and camera issues during sessions. i wish i could just opt out and use my browser which always worked well enough before!

It would be handy if it worked. I have the same problem others have. When I've tried to leave a message, the window keeps randomly closing, and yes I have permissions granted. When I tried to enter credit card information same thing. The window would just close. It's an app with a lot of promise and terrible execution. The browser worked 100% better.
