About this app

MYIO Behavioral Health Portal puts you in command of your behavioral health information, helping you manage your care. MYIO serves as a patient portal, enabling you to:
- Update personal and contact details
- Set communication preferences with your mental health provider
- Review statements
- Easily pay balances

To access MYIO, request an account through your mental health provider. To set up your account, download the MYIO app and enter the access code sent from your mental health provider via SMS. Enter your login details and save your password for easy access. Set your communication preferences to receive reminders and messages to your phone or email. Enable push notifications to stay updated on new information in MYIO.

**UPDATE: I would like to update this review as it now works WAY better than it did. I'm not having lag issues and I was even able to do my tele session in there today. Thank you for taking the time to fix the bugs. Old Unfortunately, the app works horribly for me, and it is all that my therapist uses. It has MAJOR lag, I don't get messages at times. They don't receive my messages at times. When I try to do the virtual call with them through there, it WILL not work. It is extremely frustrating.

When I need to fill out forms, this app loads the forms, but the font is basically unreadable. It's tiny so they could cut corners and not pony up the dough for a basic zoom function. I have to take a screenshot and then zoom in, go back to the app and then attempt to select a micro sized yes or no. 2024 and that's just unacceptable. There's absolutely no settings. There's no way to contact them to discuss the issues, it's ridiculous.

I have never been able to log in successfully, and it's keeping me in a loop where as soon as I hit 'next' to log in, it just refreshes the login page. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it's telling me I didn't enter my email address (when I definitely did) and giving me a server error when I try to log in. For something that's supposed to be how I access appointments and invoices for mental health services, the 100% inaccessibility of this app sure is anxiety inducing.

Hi Brianne, we're sorry to hear you were impacted by a recent server issue on our end. We've since made a repair and believe MYIO will have better performance moving forward. Plus, you can now use a Magic Link to login! This will send you an email with a direct link logging you in to MYIO.
