To access MYIO, request an account through your mental health provider. To set up your account, download the MYIO app and enter the access code sent from your mental health provider via SMS. This is a terrible app. YOU CAN'T INITIATE COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR PROVIDER. If one is able to just get into their portal without about 3 or 4 steps, I haven't found it. For anybody that struggles with executive function- this app is a different kind of Hell. It's the worst interface I've worked with.

The ability to initiate a message, manage appointments, and pay bills are permissions that are enabled or disabled by your provider. Please share your thoughts with your care team so they can consider enabling additional functionality.
