No ads, but a bit difficult to use. It isn't particularly user friendly but has a lot of potential for improvement. If you set the "default spoon quota" in settings to higher than 20, it will let you, but then will not show that many on the main page. Please fix this. I would also like to recommend having categories for each level of spoons (a page for one, two... a page for recovery). Notifications would also be nice, and a way to track mood via numbers or pixels. Overall, decent. Thank you. :)

This app uses a pretty basic interface and lacks the flashy polish of other to-do list apps. However this is the only spoon energy management app available and does what it says on the tin. Users create activities or choose from presets, and assign spoon values to them. As users complete their to-do lists, the app subtracts the spoon values of each activity from the days' spoons as set by the user. The app also includes a mood tracker. The developer Rob is friendly and responsive.

This is great! The only 2 things I wish for - ability to easily add some tasks as every day base tasks so you don't have to add them each day. And ability to change the colours of the app would be nice. 𤷠But these are just extra things. It works great and I have tried a lot of tracker apps that are way too complex and I end up not using them at all. I like how simple this is, and how it can measure your spoons in an easy and also private way in case someone is snoopy-it looks very nonchalant.
