I have been using this app for last one year. Previously the app was performing great. Of late I am experiencing troubles with the app. The app has become erratic and doesn't open easily. Even cleaning the cashe doesn't help. Had to uninstall the app and reinstall again to start the app. Called up the service a few times. Didn't help much. Seriously considering discontinuing using the app and buying some other app.

I won't recommend this app to even a small retailer. Bad user interface, worst customer service. even after buying a one year plan I am being asked to pay an extra amount to use the scan feature which was available before in the current plan. Street food vendors have more customer service than you guys. Waste of money, don't worry I'm filing a case in consumer court.

The Poorest App, I have complained so many times, it resolved by the backend team,after a few days the problem started again. Irony is that after a certain time schedule the customer care is not available, and if you have to raise any bill urgently and send to the buyer, you will not be able to generate becoz of that problem. so you lose the business.

• 💰 Fixed an issue where "I pay" would revert to "I receive" in party forms.
