Very simple. but highly usefu. Down to earth pricing. Helpful support team making and making it a wonderful program. All the best team After 5 years I am back to the program Felt it is costly and complex. This time the platinum plan is purchased by my daughter and made me a partner I logged in to the program and tried to add a new business I am directed to the subscription page. And I have to pay the entire one year subscription for the enterprise edition. But still the program shows I am in

It's lot of troublesome to clients. Sometimes client cannot open the payment link. If they open the link, branding is promoted there. They do marketing inspite of having premium subscription. App has few bugs which are required to be fixed but can't expect from the lazy technical team to fix it. I would recommend to go for Zoho app. That's the best in the industry currently. Once you get into Zoho, there's no turning back. Believe Me! MyBillbook has frustrated their users.

worst ever billing software. there's no options for transfers of payments and journals. the customer care is more pathetic than anything. refund request raised more than month back. still not processed. beware of this most useless billing solution. paid for 2 years and later found it worthless. getting refund from them was another tedious one. go for other software like tally. after month the refund not processed and they asking Bank statement of ours
