SECURITY COMES FIRST

Client funds are held in secure custody, between hot wallets for easy withdrawal and hardware wallets which are geographically-dispersed, access-controlled, and video-monitored at all times. Multi-stage verification is enabled by default for all critical transactions, and your authorisation is required for all attempts to access your VALR account from any new device or location. All sensitive data, including user data, is encrypted, both in transit and at rest.

Ratings and reviews

Am not able to add my banking details to do a withdrawal. I get as far as receiving the Email with the link to authorise the bank account, then a window to enter the pin opens, but I do not receive the sms with the pin to complete the process. I tried a few times following the suggested steps without any luck. Using the same phone device since my VALR account was created. Hence I can now not withdraw any money.

I had high expectations for this app, but unfortunately, it has been disappointing. While it is user-friendly and well-designed, the fees have become unreasonably high compared to when I first rated it five stars two years ago. This change has been particularly disappointing.😮‍💨

On the previous version, there is poss9of seeing your total profits and loss. This is not included in the recent version. Can you please give details on how to check these total profits and loss?
