With the Provadie App you can easily record a property and the output for the appraisal report is automatically generated. This saves you a great deal of duplication in the execution of your appraisal assignments, which saves you a lot of time.

With Click & Report you build a full (er) and detailed (er) valuation report during the recording without having to write a single word. Then you just have to add the references at the office and then you can complete the report.

Every home is unique, but with the Space Explorer in the App that is no problem. You simply add floors and spaces so that you can fully record every unique home. In addition, the photos are directly linked to the right room via the Smart Photo module in the App and placed in the right place in the report. You can choose which photos you want and which you do not want visible in the report.

The App also has an API Service, so we make it by d.m.v. various links even easier for you. Not only do you order cadastral documents very easily, but many things are already automatically filled in for you.
