New Big Picture mode is nearly unusable on my phone. This renders the Steam Link almost totally useless for me. I guess the days of playing games on my bed or couch with my phone and Bluetooth controller are done. Layout of UI is convoluted, doesn't respond well to touch gestures, and it's harder to find what I want to find. Absolutely a garbage UI update.

Tried this years ago and it was a dumpster fire. Now I can play on the TV at home or on the tablet when traveling - performance is awesome. For best results: 1) Use a mainstream controller that gets lots of support (Xbox is ideal). 2) Ensure the games come from Steam and that they offer at least partial controller support (needed for touch too). 3) Go full hardwire if you can, but PC connected to router with a LAN cable is the minimum. If you compromise on these 3, your mileage will vary.

Works well with a lot of games. Has issues with games that like to windowed. I hope this is something that can be fixed, I know others don't have this issue. But for example playing vampire survivors can be a chore hoping it will be full screen, and don't accidently move the mouse to far to the edge, because that resets to 1/4 screen too.
