Ratings and reviews

App has potential, but has been frustrating so far. You cannot scroll back and edit posts. Can't copy and paste. My phone's Go Back button doesn't work in the app. The only app I can't use it in. Very frustrating because I use it in everything else to go back to a previous screen. It has locked me out and said my UN or PW was incorrect. I asked for an email. It never sent. Tried multiple times. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked. Didn't even ask for a PW. Great potential though.

Legitimately one of the worst apps I've ever used. The previous app was great and always worked. I've only been able to successfully complete 1 transaction on vanco in 4 months of trying. Either the app won't load pages, it won't process payments, or the entire app crashes. I really can't believe how bad it is.

Inconsistent. Church uses app for digital offering, but for weeks now, the app will not allow me to "Complete" the transaction. The Complete button is grayed out as if it needs more info or the fields are incomplete, but they are not! Frustrating!!
