Im loving it and hating it at the same time haha so it must be working! I would deff love a little more explanation of things..ex:if the exercises need to be done in one setting or throughout the day..especially for ppl like me who havent worked out in awhile and arent in the best of shape. Im also doing the butt challenge at the same time, so it would be great if I could link the 2 and only pay the upgrade charge for 1. Other than that, its great!
This thing hurts, but if it hurts, it works! Tip: if you cant do the leg raises completely, as in if they hurt too much, or if your legs shake (like mine... they shook out of control sometimes), then bend your knees.... its a modified version
