The app won't work for me. It tells me my password is wrong. If I say I forgot my password the link does nothing. There is no help button. I can view my membership Barcode by typing in my member number but it clearly states that I can't use that for rides once inside the park and I can't access any of the other features in the app
Problems Even after calling the zoo staff, the app gives me an error saying there is no card associated with my email, even though the zoo staff has confirmed both in their system. What a waste of the foundation's money on an app that doesn't work right.
Great app if I could log in...
