I've had the app for awhile and it was awesome until suddenly, it stopped working. I deleted and re-installed thrice, went to the Abuja regional office to complain and still, nothing was done about it. Now I have to go through a browser to log into my account, it's really stressful.
When i try to use my pin to make a transaction, it says pin invalid. I changed to token and it says a character was entered in place of a number. This is frustrating.

Been able to use It once. It never opens for me to use it even with 3G network. So annoying. Now I must resort to *737#.
I have to tap every button about 5x before it works. I cannot even swipe to see my other account balances asides the default you see when you login. All these issues are recent < 3months old. What is happening???
I hate the new upgrade. When I try to verify on my new phone it keeps saying "Pan error". I can't even set up the app and do my transactions. Please fix it.
