Better! Not there yet. Good update to the app. Just a few things I don't get though. Why does one still need a 5 digit code to be sent by SMS to confirm transactions. Can the app itself not handle this? Secondly, why is the app now as heavy as 20MB? Questions... questions...Give us a native Android app GTB!
You will get 5stars if you can look into what I have said Maybe you need to see firstbank app. You have both options of token and pin just click which one you need for that transaction. But if you have exceeded 50k for the day you will be requested to use token and it's for security reasons. It's just perfect that way.

My 5 star will come soonest. However but not always I get error messages like "unable to establish a connection" and "transaction in progress" this remains unchanged until I delete and reinstall. Kindly check.

Good Intentions, Good Product, Poor PR Recently, GTBank asked us to lock this app to a device. It created a furor. The process wouldn't even work as the OTP wouldn't come through (still won't). OK, a slip up. Now they've fixed all that and it's obvious you aren't locking your account to a device per se. It's an added layer of one time security for ANY device that accesses your account and afterwards, the added optional benefit of not have to use a token for subsequent transactions. But why not state this in the new update note?
Recent Update is good Thanks for listening to the complaints from your customers. This latest update is good but locking my app to a particular phone is uncalled for. At least you know the erratic status of Power in Nigeria even though all power belongs to God. Please work on this. Thanks.
