Notification I've noticed great improvement from last time I checked it out. I'd like to suggest an addition. There should be a notification when there's activity on the account; Not necessary sound, it could just be a number on the app logo like when you have a new msg or interaction on Twitter app- stating the number of activities in it. Good job!
Better! Not there yet. Good update to the app. Just a few things I don't get though. Why does one still need a 5 digit code to be sent by SMS to confirm transactions. Can the app itself not handle this? Secondly, why is the app now as heavy as 20MB? Questions... questions...Give us a native Android app GTB!
Great app! This app provides an alternative to the physical visit. I love the UI. It's seamless, fast and you can navigate the different services so easily. And most importantly complete banking transactions without hiccups. The only thing left would be offline availability (without trading security, ofcourse). Would recommend any day. Great job GTB. Absolutely fantastic!
You will get 5stars if you can look into what I have said Maybe you need to see firstbank app. You have both options of token and pin just click which one you need for that transaction. But if you have exceeded 50k for the day you will be requested to use token and it's for security reasons. It's just perfect that way.
PIN Authentication - Perfect! You now get it, it's my device I shouldn't have to go thru stress each time looking for my token unless I want to use someone else's device. Now that it uses pin authentication and would require further authentication on someone else's device, It's just perfect that was smart. Only thing though (my own view) you should retain the security question and answer just in case there r prying eyes. If you don't have this app and u are a GTBank acct holder, I just feel sorry for the stress you must be going thru.
This is difficult to activate compared with First bank app. I cant find sign up mobile banking is only under mwallet. Now complaining my number is registered that I should call. At whose cost? I should be able to resolve it on your app. Since you have my phone number and email. Do something please.
