It has always been terrible and terrible. What is thid nonsense with invalid pin. I updated the app and i tried to change d pin and said incomplete pin, I was using 4 digit pin b4 d update, now they are saying my pin is 6 digit, okay, let me change to 6 digit, they are saying the previous one has to be 6 digit first, How the hell do you want me to change from 4 to 6 if i don't change it first?

Both the app and pos are terrible, no good customer care assistance, no contact to communicate, even the person who sold the pos to me has refuse to answer my call till now putting my business in danger. I complained that my pos isn't working and the app not opening since one week yet no response till now. Pls tell us if this is digital 419 let's know.

Terrible! kolomoni is a terrible pos.always having one malfunction or the other, their customer service not satisfactory.thank God we have other pos service it would have been a disaster.sometimes it's withdrawal malfunction or deposit malfunction one malfunction or the other.the last transaction I did up till now they have not added it to my balance,and it was successfully.anyways I don't use your stupid machine anymore.better do something concerning your network before giving out your machine

- Transaction are now 6 digits.
- Admin PIN are now 4 digits.
- Password format and security has been improved upon.
- Password, Transaction and Admin PIN reset will henceforth be authorized using the OTP sent to registered mobile phone.
- The new 6 digits transaction PIN has been set for VAS purchases and commission payout.
- Cashout and VTU features on Login page has been removed.
