Everything is good for the exception of two things. One is pretty minor, which is that on the transfer screen it won't let you go back to accounts when you press the back button. Only happens in that screen. Second, which I consider major, is that you need to get with the times and get this app a dark mode option. Just in the pin input screen you get blasted with the fully white background. It is really annoying when you're in a dark room or in your car at night and also battery wasting.

Hello, The app was nice, but lately it is refusing biometric login, insisting on me entering a password "for security purposes." It's annoying; I don't feel more secure. I hurry over to the browser and log in that way so technically, because of this, I'm less secure, I guess? Maybe make it an option the user can toggle off and on. "Check mark this option if you want to be prompted, especially when in a rush, to enter your password instead of your much easier fingerprint, sometimes." Staff fixed

So far, so good. I updated everything online first so installing and launching the new app was quick and easy. So far, I like the ne look and the app is easy to navigate. Oh, and I thought there was plenty of communication about the planned switch over. I received multiple emails and when I went to the website there were clear instructions on how to get set up with all the new things.
