There are some UI issues with this app. Firstly, any sort of notice popup is only on the screen for a split second after entering my PIN, as it jumps from the PIN screen, shows the password login screen with the notice popup for less than a second, then switches to the Accounts screen and closes the notice. Therefore, you don't have enough time to read the notice. Secondly, the logout feature is in an annoying place - partway down the list in the sidebar. It should be either be at the top of the sidebar, or even better, not hidden away in the sidebar at all. Therefore, I usually just leave the app open. That leads to another issue. When opening the app the first time, it works fine - enter PIN, see accounts. On second opening, it might be: blank white screen that only sometime loads, forcing me to force close and restart the app; or it might say I was logged out in a pointless popup, ask for my PIN, then ask for my PIN a second time; other times it keeps me logged in and works fine. The most consistent and convenient way to use the app is after every use, just force-close it, which can't be intended. The app should work in a consistent way, which seems to be the goal, but never works right as detailed above. It should do one of two things: either ask for my PIN because either I opened the app for the first time, or reopened after a certain timeout period (no pointless "you've been logged out" popup which you then have to close); or if I've reopened it before the timeout, just show the last screen I was on.

I didn't have a problem setting up the app, my issue is with the bill pay. There were two items that were in the old app and left out of the new app. First under payee the old app included the last four digits of the account, new one doesn't. Second under scheduled payments the old app provided the total amount for the scheduled bills, new one doesn't. I found both of these very useful.

It worked, then one day it wouldnt let me back into my account. I uninstalled it, then attempted to reinstall, but it wont even do that anymore. Yes, I checked my settings, it's your app that failed, not me. Update: Changing to a 4 stars. It finally works again. Other than the issues I just had, it works fine. Hopefully it stays working.
