The new Denver Zoo mobile app is the best way to explore the Zoo without missing anything that’s important to you! This digital guide includes a GPS-enabled map so you can find your favorite exhibits with ease, as well as the locations of concessions and restrooms. Get day-of information on feedings and demonstrations, including special surprises from zookeepers that might not be listed on our daily events schedule. You can even sign up to get push notifications so you don’t miss a show! Learn interesting details specific to our individual animals, such as their names and ages, or even what their favorite snack is. Use the Denver Zoo mobile app for easier access at the front gate by pulling up a digital version of your membership card or any purchased tickets.

Terrible app! They've taken away the paper maps and left us with an app that contains the map. Unfortunately, the map mislabels restaurant names, restroom locations, exhibit names, doesn't have up-to-date pathway closures, and never seems to have your correct location in the park. The app has a long way to go before getting into the 4-star range. Love the Denver Zoo, but not the app.

The overall map of the zoo is not helpful. In fact, over the last few years, other people have complained that the map doesn't scale or update. This makes it unusable. I can download a PDF version of the map from your website that's more accurate. That should be the map in the app. Also, using the customer's current location on the map is not possible. It's just a permission issue, so make it a necessity if the customer wants to use the app and see their current location in the zoo.

It's a very helpful app. It's fun being able to pull up information on the animals- such as their names, it's also nice having a map (shows exhibits, rides, food service stands, and also shows where the next nearest bathroom is- very helpful for having little kids). It no longer has the feature where you can reserve tickets, which is a pain bc I have to access a computer now or uninstall app to make reservations. At least you can still access your tickets that you do have reserved through it.
