Ratings and reviews

Apps has a few bugs. The most irritating one is the photos never load. For 1 or 2 products the photos in the search might load but whenever any product is opened, photos can be seen in the smaller lower boxes and not the larger images even if I click and go into full screen mode! That hampers to identify any products. And I'm using high speed WiFi so no internet issues here.

horrible return service. have been trying to return a faulty product. the delivery partner (Delhivery) chosen puts up fake remarks that customer unavailable and the customer service keeps telling they escalated the problem. but neither is the return nor is the refund happening. I have even sent the required video of the melted panel and the faulty temperature reading. still no response. have been struggling for 3-4 weeks now.

It has almost all products at great discounts. But the only problem is with the delivery charges and the upgradation of the tracking details which never gets updated. I have already received my order 10 days back bearing extra delivery charges, which was not mentioned in the cart total and still now the app does not show any update for my order and its still processing. So, neither i could make any complaint nor could share any review about the whole procedure. Please have a look to it.
