sometimes spelt 'Thirukkural, is a classic of couplets or Kurals (1330 rhyming Tamil couplets) or aphorisms.
It was authored by Thiruvalluvar, a poet who is said to have lived anytime between 2nd century BCE and 5th century CE.
Most believe he wrote Thirukkural in 30 BC which is part of Tamil Sangam Period.
It is one of the Tamil books of Law.
The Thirukkural is one of the most important works in the Tamil language.
This is reflected in some of the other names by which the text is known: Tamil marai (Tamil Vedas);
poyyamozhi (words that never fail); and Deiva nool (divine text).
The book is considered to precede Manimekalai and Silapathikaram since they both acknowledge the Kural text.
Thirukkural (or the Kural) is a collection of 1330 Tamil couplets organised into 133 chapters.
Each chapter has a specific subject ranging from "ploughing a piece of land" to "ruling a country".
It preaches simplicity and truth throughout its verses.
These 100 songs contain full history of Each song such as, Year, Singer, Movie, Producer, Music Composer etc. This is unlike any book released by Kannadhasan Pathippagam. We have planned many more apps including Arthmulla Indhu Madham Vanavasam, Cheraman Kadhali as an App, Ebook and Audio book.
Kannadasan (Tamil: கண்ணதாசன்) (24 June 1927 – 17 October 1981) was a Tamil poet and lyricist, heralded as one of the greatest and most important writers in the Tamil language. He won the Sahitya Akademi Award for his novel Cheraman Kadali in the year 1980 and was the first ever to receive the National Film Award for Best Lyrics, given in 1969 for the film Kuzhanthaikkaga.

Pudumaippithan's active writing period was less than 15 years (1934–46) in which he wrote nearly 100 short stories, an equal number of essays on a variety of subjects, 15 poems, a few plays and scores of book reviews. His writings gave him a reputation as a maverick. The subjects he wrote on and the characters he chose to portray were completely new to Tamil fiction.
Some of his short stories are listed in this app. You can expect more content in following weeks.

It is the earliest exposition of Saiva Agamas in Tamil, discussing in detail the four related steps of spiritual progress viz.,
Tirumoolar, the author of the text, has been hailed as one of the 63 Nayanmars. He was a great mystic and Yogi. For a very long period he was absorbed in meditation and contemplation beneath the shade of a Bodhi tree at Tiruvavaduthurai and delivered the poems which are collectively called the Tirumandiram i.e. the divine incantations. Historically, the author belonged to 500 A.D., long before the period of the Thevaram trio.
This application is dedicated to Tamil.

It contains 7000 songs. It deals with almost all subjects of siddha medicine especially of metals and minerals and it is great treasure for siddha medicine.
Bogar 7000 is also called as bible of alchemy in Siddha system.
Bogar is a Siddhar. He is considered as one of the 18 siddhars born in the world.
Bogar followed so closely in the footsteps of Saiva Siddhanta's 8th century founder Tirumoolar that one is often amazed at the continuity of teaching and principle preserved and sustained over a period of one thousand years.
