How is a person supposed to charge a car if there is no charging stations on the map on incharge application? I reinstalled the application, but the problem persist, you can not find not even one station in the whole Sweden. I've tried to manually start the charging by introducing the charging station id number and it says that the ID number is not. Please make sure that number is correct and the station is operated by the InCharge. I even tried to call the customer support, but no one answered.

Hi Ruxandra, We are really sorry for your bad experience. We'll try to on multiple areas to give you a better user experience. During your time we had unfortunately a technical error causing the stations to disappear for an hour from our application. We improved our robustness and take your other remarks seriously and will try to improve these!

Simple app, but quite misleading: 2 of the 3 charging stations we tried were fenced and not accessible despite being on the map. One was employee parking and the other for residents. That should be made clearer!
