VaultCatch is a private fishing journal for anglers who want to remember what worked without sharing their spots publicly.
Record a catch quickly
Save a catch from the map or your vault. Add a square photo, date and time, species, bait, technique, notes and equipment when useful. GPS and current conditions are optional, so you can still save a valid record when permissions, signal or weather data are unavailable.
Keep your history useful
Find records by place, species or bait. Review photos, conditions and details from previous trips without relying on a network connection. Missing information stays marked as unavailable instead of being guessed.
Record the whole outing
Log a fishing outing even when you did not catch anything. Add a place, an approximate duration and notes, then attach catches later when appropriate.
Protect and move your records
Create a portable, versioned backup containing your catches, photos, spots, outings and relevant settings. Restore it conservatively on another installation: identical records are skipped, local records are preserved and conflicts are reported. CSV remains available for data exchange; use the complete backup when you need photos.
Designed for private use
Your fishing history is stored locally on your device. VaultCatch has no social feed and does not publish your locations or catches. Optional weather and place-name enrichment runs after saving and never prevents a local record from being stored.
VaultCatch is for adults and younger anglers with appropriate supervision. It is not limited to one country or type of water.
