The dashcam is ok. The quality of the video and audio is really good, but there are significant.gaps in the recorded clips. Recently there was an incident I wanted to download from the dashcam and it literally recorded everything before and after, but not the event I needed. Makes the dashcam pretty useless if you can't rely on it. The app is pretty clunky. There are constant errors in connecting and downloading videos.

I don't like the fact you can't view the videos in the app unless you download them to your phone. Since the video loops only range from 1-3 minutes, depending on your setting, you have several videos to go through. You pretty much can't do anything unless you're connected to device's wifi which has a very short range. The dash cam is great! The app, not so much.

Works as advertised (so far). When I set the camera to record in 1 minute loops, there's no gap in continuous recording (AFAIK, but it's my first day using it). I'm actually pretty pleased with how it works, especially after reading some of the negative reviews before installing the app (for me, it works exactly how I expected it to -- it continuously records in 1 minute chunks, and you can connect to it via wifi and download them). I didn't update firmware, and will report back any cons.
