This game was loads of fun, I made a few purchases. Then all of a sudden, the cars started driving erratically or handled differently than normal depending on which ai are playing against me! I play the same few cars repeatedly as I've gotten used to how they handle but now they handle differently and act messed up every single level! The game is rigged for the ai so you can never win the really good stuff. I'm especially over the fireworks courses! There is no way to win the time limits.

Beach Buggy Racing 2* has exciting ideas, but it doesn’t always deliver well. The sharper graphics make the cars and characters look sketchy and less polished. Online matches can also feel unfair, which can be frustrating. Still, Vector Unit added cool features and improvements that keep the game interesting. With better balance and smoother design, it could be as fun and enjoyable as the original game.

Good game ruined by ads. The ads aren't intrusive, but, for the most part, you only get rewards from races by watching ads. It offered to remove ads permanently for $2.99 (if I recall correctly), which I purchased because I assumed it would alleviate the onerous process of getting race rewards, but it did nothing for that. Presumably, that purchase only applies to the already rare random ads.
