I enjoy this app and find it a good way to remind myself to integrate mindfulness into my day-to-day life. However I agree with the other reviewer who said the music prompts are inappropriate--if I'm out and about I can't listen to music and that means I wind up ignoring the prompt. I also REALLY dislike the music chosen--sounds like very generic computer-generated stuff and it's hard to find much to think or feel about it. If there have to be audio-related prompts, I'd prefer them to be more interesting and varied.
Timothy Cannot get the other levels to download. Won't accept my pass, I know it's correct. I figured out the problem. Thanks for the prompt response.
Just loaded this app and get passed the settings part cause it wouldn't load ..Plz fix so I can see if it's a good app
In touch again I like this app because it's been helping me explore my thoughts and feelings much more
No good enough There is not advance in the activities, after you pay for it.
There are some great tips and ideas here for reflection but the music is annoying.
