I adore the watch but the app doesn't work properly. It's constantly disconnecting from the phone, when I do answer the phone and the watch picks up I can never hear the person talking very well so there's never a point in me trying to talk on it. Then the one thing that really just aggravates me is the fact that I can't change the dial picture to one of my personal pictures. Every time I try it says "oops an error has occurred". I wish there was another app to use.

In the sedentary setting, the option skips from 6 pm to 12 pm. Why skip any hours?! So it doesn't alert me if I sit too long in the evening nor in the morning. Other than that, I like the app. Update 5/20/2026 The sedentary notice does not go off every hour, so it's basically useless. I really need that hourly reminder to move until I go to bed. I tried with new smart watch but no sleep recorded. No response from developer. Uninstalling!

The watch itself is a great size for smaller wrists but the connectivity to the phone (S26Ultra) is abhorrent. Most the time the step/sleep data will just stay on the watch and not transfer to the app. Does not have any settings to check heart rate or anything else periodically and does not do it on its own. I have had this watch for a couple months and its stopped tracking my steps all together which is why I bought the watch in the first place. Absolutely do not buy this.
