What a crapshow of an app. We called support many (10+) times but they fail to activate my account with either my German number or Swiss number. They also tried to delete the account and we restart fresh, no resolution there. The support seems to be really incapable as they had all required information for a long long time (Passboard, driver's license, id). All in all, their motivation to resolve the issue leaves me speechless 😶

The App doesn't account for international phone number digit lengths, its assuming that everyone uses the standard Turkish 7 length digit while mine is 13 digits, even after the fact that I choose my specific county of number origin.

Registration is impossible with my 11-digit German phone number due to the app's 10-digit limit. Consequently, the app is currently useless for me and everyone with a longer phone number.
